How we use it

We use your order info to fulfill shipments, contact you about your order, and (only if you opt in) send occasional protocol emails. We do not sell your data.

Data retention

Order records are retained for 7 years as required by Canadian tax law. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time — we purge on request.

Your rights
