Cold-chain

Heat-sensitive peptides ship in an insulated mailer with a reusable gel pack. The pack holds <8°C for ≥48 hours in transit. If your package is delayed and the vial arrives warm, photograph it and email us — we replace free.

Plain-wrap, no external branding. Sender name is a neutral business entity. Our packaging does not indicate contents.

Missing / damaged

Lost in transit

If tracking hasn't moved for 7+ business days we file a post claim and reship. No ping-pong with the carrier on your end.

Damaged on arrival

Photo the package + any broken vial within 48 hours of delivery — we replace the affected items free.
