Common questions

Where's my order?

Most orders ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You'll get a tracked shipping link by email. You can also look up your order at /account using your order number and email.

How do I reconstitute?

Every vial ships with a reference PDF for the exact diluent and draw math. The reconstitution guide walks through the process for a generic peptide.

Payment didn't go through

If your Interac e-Transfer bounced, check the recipient email is exactly payments@origin-health.ca. If a card attempt failed, reply to your order email and we'll send a fresh secure link.

Returns

Peptides are research materials — we can't accept returns on opened or unsealed vials. Damaged-in-transit vials are replaced free within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the package.

Order issues

  • Wrong address on an unshipped order → email us within 2 hours.
  • Missing item → email with order ID + a photo of what arrived.
  • Delayed tracking → we'll file a post claim and reship if lost.
