Terms of Sale

1. Research-only use

All products sold by Origin Health are for in vitro research use only. Products are not intended, labeled, or approved for human or veterinary use, consumption, or application. Products have not been evaluated by Health Canada or the United States FDA for safety or efficacy in humans.

By placing an order, you confirm you are a qualified researcher, licensed professional, or lawful institutional buyer purchasing for non-clinical research purposes.

2. Eligibility

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are purchasing in a jurisdiction where such purchase is lawful.
• You assume full responsibility for how the products are handled.

3. Orders & payment

Orders are accepted once payment clears. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes.

4. Shipping & risk of loss

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery by the carrier. Damaged or lost shipments are addressed per our Shipping policy.

5. Returns

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns on opened or unsealed items. Damaged-in-transit items are replaced per the Shipping policy.

6. Limitation of liability

Origin Health's maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a sale is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Origin Health is not liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
